"I dont recommend State Farm in general. I've been with them for years and am a good customer. I got a letter from my mortgage company today saying I no longer had home insurance so I contacted State Farm Mario Giraldos office and was told my homeowners policy was canceled on July 15th. I had no idea..they say they mailed me a letter on June 10th but I didnt get that letter. So this left me scrambling to find a new homeowners policy elsewhere. I also talked to one of the employees at the office on June 10th and she did not mention that my homeowners policy was being canceled...said everything was good. In my opinion, they should have done their due diligence in making sure I knew my policy was being canceled. Usps standard mail unfortunately is not a reputable company anymore and things get lost more than ever these days. SF staff sure made sure to text message me when a pymt didnt go through (because I got a new debit card) but I got no text or emait to let me know my policy was being canceled. And nothing in the document center either. Very disappointing. 👎"

As we had talked on the phone a couple of days ago, the company mailed a letter, and we had tried to call you as well to let you know. When you spoke to my office on the 10th, that memo wasn’t in our system yet. I tried to call you yesterday before posting this message. If you want to talk more about it, please give my office a call. "

"Mario was great to work with. He took the time to look at everything we had, he listened and made some great suggestions for some changes, which we happily agreed to. He personally called me to let me know our vehicle insurance rates were going down!
